Dear Georgia, Here I am, stuck in the middle of the war, thinking of you. My love, you have to know that you are the one that keeps me sane. You are the reason why I am still alive. Why?! Because you ARE the reason why I'm still fighting. I'm fighting these Germans and never give up so I can come back to you and see your beautiful face again. Little did I know that even thousands miles away, you would still be the one keeping me safe.

Whenever I hear the gunshot, whenever I hear the bomb drops, you are the one that I think of, Georgia. Because if I am surviving this war, it's because of the energy I feel inside me when I think of you. My heart is still beating, and it's beating for you my love. Now and forever. I don't know if I'll ever be able to write to you again until the end of the war, but don't ever forget that you are always on my mind. Wait for me my love, because I will come back.
